JASMINE INTERNATIONAL PLANS TO FLOAT SHARES

Thai telecommunications company Jasmine International Plc plans to float 11.2m shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand this month; international lead underwriter S G Warburg is aiming to sell 42% of the new shares to foreign funds.
