Instant Video Technologies Inc, San Francisco-based developer of burst-mode video and audio distribution software for network multimedia distribution, has appointed Eric Hall chief financial officer. Hall was the was one of the founders of Yahoo! Corp and served as its vice president of finance and operations. His responsibilities at IVT will include strategic planning, corporate finance, and accounting, as well as providing links to the Silicon Valley investment community. In addition to his time at Yahoo!, Hall was the founding vice president, finance and administration for NetChannel Inc. IVT’s Burstware products are designed to enable faster-than-real-time transmissions of full motion video & CD quality audio over networks.
