ITT HAS RECEIVED MOST OF $400M DUE ON FORMATION OF ALCATEL NV

ITT Corp says that it has now received most of the $400m due to it on the formation of Alcatel NV, the money representing inter-company account balances between ITT units that went into Alcatel NV.
