ITALTEL ELIMINATED FROM BIDDING FOR CGCT

The French government has eliminated Italtel from the bidding for CGCT because the Italian had not found a French partner for its consortium by the deadline last Friday; Northern Telecom does apparently now have a French partner but has not identified the company.
