IPL offers System 38 memory at 50% of IBM’s list for all current models, with life-time replacement warranty and no need or charge for maintenance; the Model 700 takes upgrades in 8Mb steps so IPL offers a saving of $20,000 plus $1,440 on annual maintenance.
