Roger Covey has found yet more investors to add to the raggle taggle list of System Software Associates Inc’s proposed backers. A ‘leading’ investment bank has been engaged and $10m of private funds is due next week, followed by a promised $100m of underwritten, subordinated convertible loan notes due 2002. Covey stated that the new deal will replace previously announced plans and will be less dilutive to existing shareholders.
