INVESTIGATION OF THE DUMPING OF US PRODUCTS IN MEXICO

In a wry example of the biter bit, Mexican industries have submitted 33 petitions to the Ministry of Commerce to investigate the dumping of US products in Mexico, and 14 of the 33 complaints were upheld and anti-dumping duties were imposed; in particular, AT&T’s Olivetti-sourced personal computers are being sold at below cost in Mexico according to the Commerce Ministry.
