Invensys Operations Management has launched Avantis.PRO 5.0, a new version of enterprise asset management (EAM) software for the process and manufacturing industries.
According to Invensys, the new version of the Avantis EAM software brings productivity improvements and includes customisable screen views. It also includes improvements in data-type awareness and reference controls, multi-column list controls and maintenance entity value optimisation.
In addition, built with Microsoft’s .NET framework and Windows Forms, and compliant with Microsoft User Interface, the EAM software allows decision makers across the enterprise to personalise views and pages and create real-time interfaces to the data they need.
Invensys said that the EAM software features a Contractor Management module that manages contractor expenses, prices and pricing rules, approval and reconciliation of invoices for both current and past projects to facilitate collaboration in tracking, estimating and negotiating contractor costs. It also features a new Maintenance Map which displays in real time the maintenance health status of the entire organisation.
