San Rafael, California-based International Microcomputer Software Inc, which likes to style itself the anonymous IMSI, has acquired the ViewPoint 6.0 for Windows product from Computer Aided Management Inc of Petaluma, California, saying that acquisition of the project planning and management product is in line with its aim of supporting desktop business users by developing or picking up faster and easier graphics-based products to help people become more productive. International Micro plans to enhance the product beyond professional users and expand its distribution channels worldwide and is offering ViewPoint 6.0 for Windows at from $665 per user for a three-user package. Terms of the sale agreement were not disclosed.
