INTERVU SIGNS QWEST AND AT&T CERFNET AS PARTNERS

Qwest Communications International Inc and AT&T Cerfnet have teamed with streaming media content provider InterVu Inc to increase bandwidth on its streaming video virtual network. InterVu has ten multimedia delivery centers around the United States. It mirrors streaming content for web site partners CNN and NBC, handling video delivery and sparing their already- groaning servers. With Qwest and AT&T Cerfnet now on side as virtual network partners the company estimates it can handle 75,000 streams at any one time.
