InterVideo technology lets users program their media PC via the internet and TV and set TV program recordings via their mobile phones.
The collaboration with tvtv is expected to add up-to-date program information and advanced features such as record, playback and timeshift (recordings with time-delayed playback) that can be easily controlled by using the TV remote control.
Marek Machacek, sales and marketing manager for tvtv, hopes the partnership will contribute to the Europe-wide success of the InterVideo Home Theater product range.
tvtv currently offers an electronic program guide through websites in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the UK, Netherlands, Italy and Spain.
