T-Systems, the Telekom subsidiary, has baged a three-year contract from Interroll to maintain its SAP applications, modernisation and support functions.
Under the contract, Interroll group will adapt SAP infrastructure from T-Systems in all continents for its internal unit load handling (intralogistics), logistics and automation functions.
In addition, T-Systems will provide support functions in Interroll’s units present in 26 countries in rolling out, operating and further developing its new SAP systems.
T-Systems in Switzerland is working closely with its SAP competence centre in Mexico to provide the SAP applications, modernisation and support contract.
Interroll group chief information officer Christian Hahni said determining criteria for the acceptance of this agreement were the trouble-free operations and the productive collaboration with T-Systems in all areas that has been the case.
