International Microcomputer Software Inc, San Rafael, California has bought TurboCAD publisher Milan Systems America Inc of Atlanta, for 2.24m new shares. TurboCAD runs on MS-DOS micros and both firms look for a big increase of sales for the product once it is put through Integrated’s sales network, alongside its graphics and desktop publishing software. Milan did $350,000 in the past 12 months, and will put out a new package, Turbo 3-D, soon.
