Interleaf Inc, Cambridge, Massachusetts has formed Interleaf France SA in Paris as a joint venture with Compagnie Financiere du Scribe, the French venture capital firm founded and managed by Andre Harari; Interleaf France will market and support Interleaf products in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
