Interactive Intelligence, a provider of unified IP business communications solutions, has signed an agreement to acquire Bay Bridge Decision Technologies for undisclosed sum.
Established in 2000, Bay Bridge provides decision support software, custom software development services, and analytic consulting solutions to the customer contact centre industry.
As per the deal, Bay Bridge will continue to sell and support its CenterBridge family of long-term forecasting, analysis and planning products.
Interactive Intelligence customers will be able to buy the Bay Bridge products and integrate them to Interaction Optimizer, or any in use third-party WFM solution.
The Bay Bridge office in Annapolis, Maryland, US will be maintained by Interactive Intelligence.
The acquisition will allow Interactive to expand its existing workforce management features to offer a complete strategic planning solution for mid-size and large contact centers.
