INTELSTAT LOOK FOR CORPORATISATION

Intelsat chief executive Irving Goldstein is convinced of the need for corporatisation of the International Telecommunications Satellite Organisation, leading eventually to a stock market listing; at present its 132 owners contribute capital in proportion to their use of the system, receiving a return in proportion to their investments.
