INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS TURNS ITSELF INTO INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS MASTER LIMITED PARTNERSHIP

Intelligent Systems Corp, parent of a string of personal computer and add-on board suppliers such as Quadram and Datavue, mainly in and around Atlanta, Georgia, decided against a straight sale of all its businesses and has instead turned itself into Intelligent Systems Master Limited Partnership: it says it expects to report net profit for the fourth quarter of 1987 of three to seven cents a share, on $42m.
