INTEL WINS EPROM JUDGEMENT

Judge Janet Saxon issued an Initial Determination that the respondents named in Intel Corp’s 1987 International Trade Commission complaint about EPROMs infringed its patents. They are General Instrument, Microchip Technology,, Hyundai Electronics Industries Co, Atmel, Cypress Electronics, Pacesetter Electronics and All-American Semiconductor.
