In the wake of last week’s launch of its low-cost Fast Ethernet Hub (CI No 3,145), Intel Corp says it will invest even more in the networking market, declaring it to be of very high priority on its list of growth areas. The company says networking now accounts for between $500m and $1bn of its annual sales.
