INTEL RESTRUCTURES EXECUTIVE OFFICE

Intel Corp president and chief executive Andrew Grove is to become chairman and chairman Gordon Moore will become chairman emeritus effective May 21 under a realignment of the Executive Office. Craig Barrett, currently chief operating officer and executive vice-president, will become president under the restructuring. Moore, Grove and Barrett will continue to comprise the chipmaker’s Executive Office.
