The insurer will replace its existing CRM system with Integrated Software Development’s (ISD) Benefit to enable it to create critical real-time reports. Moti Maram, CEO of ISD, added that Benefit will aim to give Aminut Express power and structure to service its existing customer base and significantly expand its operations.
Benefit is an off-the-shelf software that attempts to offer the power and many of the features found in custom-made CRM and ERP enterprise systems at a smaller cost. It includes many CRM functions which are intended for greater internal efficiency, cost control, and customer service quality.
