Integrated Bank Technology Forms Alliance With SwiftKnowledge

Integrated Bank Technology (IBT), a provider of core processing, imaging software applications and an integrated suite of products and payments solutions for financial institutions, has formed a strategic partnership with Minnesota-based provider of business intelligence (BI) software solutions SwiftKnowledge.

By CBR Staff Writer

SwiftKnowledge business intelligence (BI) software provides real-time, secure, web-based access to multiple financial data sources for proactive, effective management of key performance indicators such as risk, cash and growth.

Matt Connon, chief operating officer of SwiftKnowledge, said: “With SwiftKnowledge, financial services organizations can deliver robust analytics functionality right to the front line business people who make day-to-day decisions. Typical business intelligence solutions are technically complicated, which creates a backlog or bottleneck because these systems rely on resources such as power users, business analysts or technical people to deliver an effective dashboard presentation.

“While this may not be a complicated task for these advanced users, it certainly doesn’t scale across an organization or put analysis capabilities into the hands of a typical user who wants to do in-depth analysis to better execute the enterprise strategies.”

Mike Golebiowski, president of IBT, said: “Today, financial institutions need this kind analytics and intelligence at the front lines to respond quickly to competition and track market trends immediately. Real time measurement focused on cost control, branch effectiveness and market success can only be effectively measured using a tool that can integrate multiple data silos to create a simple picture of performance.”
