Inspectorate International SA, Swiss owner of the Meridian International computer leasing business – which gossip says may be on the block – is to take 40% of the voting shares of the big Swiss Adia SAA personnel recruitment group: in return, Adia gets an undisclosed cross-shareholding in Inspectorate.
