Insight Direct has released version 4.0 of field service management software-as-a-service platform VaZing, which introduces new franchise management capabilities and reporting and analysis functionality that will help field service companies analyse their business.
The company claims that the new features, along with an enhanced user interface, reduce administrative time and costs and allow companies to focus more time on customer service and profitable growth.
According to Insight Direct, the new offering has features that owners and office managers need to build a well-managed field service business. It features process and workflow customisation, to job estimating and sales management, job work order scheduling and dispatching, invoicing with quickbooks integration and customisable reporting analysis.
