According to the terms of the agreement, InsideView will offer TrueAdvantage customers a fluid migration to its sales and marketing intelligence application. TrueAdvantage has 150 employees and serves more than 200 customers.

Last week, Jaret Christopher, the founder of TrueAdvantage acquired the core technology and customers from TrueAdvantage Incorporated.

InsideView said that TrueAdvantage customers can also access its meta-aggregation technology for intelligence on companies, key decision-makers and social network connections to increase sales.

TrueAdvantage customers will benefit from InsideView’s meta-layer that taps into Web 2.0 sources and social networks, something that is critical for enterprises today.

Both the companies are software as a service providers such as Salesforce.com, SAP and NetSuite.

InsideView uses mashups to helps customers mine online social networks to generate more sales leads such as a direct link to social networking site LinkedIn for establishing corporate-level connections to boards of directors, reference customers and a user’s previous employers.
