Solvport has recently added a new monitoring team to their company that will support the Innovus portfolio. The monitoring team at Solvport will identify problems with the ATMs and dispatch services needed to the locations.
The services provided to Innovus are another example of Solvport’s commitment to being the one-stop shop for ATM ISO’s technical needs. Solvport’s 24/7 back-office and warehouse infrastructure lends itself perfectly to assisting Innovus with their need for a 3rd party service provider, said Wayne Vandekraak, president and chief executive at Solvport.
Additionally, Solvport is expected to refurbish all of Innovus’ equipment that goes out into the field, as well as staging all new Innovus placements before the ATMs are shipped back out to the field.
In February 2006, Ditronics Financial Services, a provider of ATMs, cash advance, and check cashing services to the gaming industry outsourced phone technical support and dispatch services to Solvport.
