Santa Clara, California catalogue computer supplies marketer Inmac Corp plans to open a chain of computer and office product superstores in Europe under the name The Business Superstore. They will sell a complete range of brand name office products and a full complement of IBM Corp, Apple Computer Inc, Compaq Computer Corp and Toshiba Corp notebook and personal computers at deep discounts from list. The first two stores will be in the London area, and Inmac will also offer training, service contracts, printing, facsimile transmissions, duplicating, installation and delivery. Inmac has committed $5m for this fiscal with the first store open next month; Inmac plans to expand onto the continent in the autumn.
