Under the contract, INKforce will provide code enforcement, building and permitting, planning and zoning, fire inspections and point of sale software services, in addition to a new interactive voice recognition module that allows people to order county services directly over the phone.
This marks the first INKforce contract in the state of Virginia and the first county to buy all of the INKforce modules. It is also the first sale of the new INKforce planning and zoning module, said INKforce.
