INDIAN SOFTWARE EXPORTERS COULD BE HIT BY NEW US LAWS

India’s software exporters are concerned that proposed new US immigration laws would prevent programmers working on contract in the country; an industry delegation has visited the US to discuss the problem, pointing out that only 2,000 visas have been issued, and those to people with rare skills.
