Financial manipulation among the many companies where he has an interest and management control is becoming a hallmark of the Asher Edelman style, and he has revealed that, in a somewhat incestuous arrangement, it is Datapoint Corp’s former maintenance arm, now freestanding Intelogic Trace Inc that bought most of the Datapoint shares that took Edelman’s control over the San Antonio, Texas company to 40% (CI No 1,262).
