Gestetner Holdings Plc’s Australian laser printer systems venture partner Impact Systems Pty has called in the receiver owing some $12m, casting doubt on the future of the 50-50 Gestetner Laser Systems joint venture here: the UK office equipment company also had a direct 10% holding in the Australian company.
