According to the agreement, ImageRight will streamline CalSurance’s operations and aim to strengthen its ability to conduct business with its customers and channel partners. The company went live in mid-February.

(ImageRight are) giving us the full package up-front instead of making us add modules in future implementations, said Tom Hext, vice president of CalSurance. We’re initially using ImageRight for claims in our financial institutions program and expect to implement it company-wide by June.

Ken Elias, sales director at ImageRight added that the company’s paperless document management will improve efficiency, reduce response time and help sharpen CalSurance-Lacer’s relationships with it client and agents.
