ILOG SCHEDULE C++ APPLICATION SCHEDULING CLASS LIBRARY LAUNCHED

Paris-based Ilog SA has unveiled Ilog Schedule, a C++-based class library for use in scheduling applications such as planning and resource allocation and time-tabling. Target markets identified by the French company include manufacturing, civil engineering and transport. The product will be available later this month on Hewlett-Packard Co, Digital Equipment Corp, IBM Corp and Sun Microsystems Inc hardware running Unix, and personal computers under Microsoft Corp’s Windows.
