The Paris-based company said the software, called Ilog Diagrammer for .NET, taps into the ASP .NET 2.0 Ajax controls recently introduced by Microsoft to lets developers configure and integrate diagram and dashboard displays into Windows Forms (desktop) and Web Forms applications.
Ilog boasts it is the first tool of its kind to cover multiple deployment options in a single product. Ilog Diagrammer can represent diagrams detailing networks, processes, flows, organization charts, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), and executive dashboard displays.
The tool is tightly integrated into Microsoft’s Visual Studio 2005 development platform.
