The first addition is what the company calls Semantic Query. In essence, it provides the ability to query using business terms without having the know the schema of the repository or the exact name of the rule. Instead, the query uses the scenario, and the system logically figures out which rules apply, or which rules will apply once the scenario is executed and the first set of rules fires.
Another new feature simplifies exposing a rule as a web service.
