iLinc, a provider of web and video conferencing software and services, has rolled out iLinc 10 Fall Release, which adds several new capabilities, including a new architecture for recording and editing, that make it easier users to customise a web conferencing environment that fits their requirements.
According to iLinc, the new release features Seamless Recording Process that allows users to configure any session to be recorded automatically. Streamlined Editing & Distribution, which provides access to online editing tools, allowing session organisers to maximise the value of recorded sessions, replaying them as asynchronous learning content or making them available to potential customers.
In addition, Robust Media Sharing feature allows event moderators and instructors to keep their virtual audience engaged by displaying and controlling flash files, flash video and YouTube videos through iLinc’s Media Link functionality.
The company claims that the AppExchange, iLinc for salesforce integration maximises the revenue potential of online events and webinars by ensuring that key attendance and registration data is reflected in the Salesforce database in near real time. This eliminates the need for manual data upload and streamlines pre- and post-event communications.
