iGrafx, a provider of Business Process Analysis (BPA) offerings, has introduced its latest software release, iGrafx 2011that provides an array of enhancements and new capabilities across all components of the iGrafx suite of products.

The company said that the new software functionality includes: support for SAP environments with the introduction of three new components to the iGrafx suite, Process for SAP, Enterprise Modeler for SAP, and Gateway to SAP Solution Manager.

The software also supports Enterprise Architecture through Process for Enterprise Modeling, which is a new client for Business Architects and Analysts enabling broader modeling and collaboration around enterprise architecture and supporting dimensions of process models in the organisation.

In addition, it also supports Life Cycle Management through its enhanced change management capabilities for the control of information through the life cycle of review, approval, and endorsement.

Enhancements include scheduling and reminders capabilities with functionality enabling web-based interactions for everyone across an organisation.

Further, iGrafx 2011 supports the BPMN 2.0 and XPDL 2.2 standards for process documentation and communication providing process modeling standards as an option for facilitating corporate wide process initiatives.

The company said that by combining the pre-existing capabilities with the new and enhanced features of iGrafx 2011 enables organisations to be agile in their business transformation activities and pursue process excellence.

iGrafx President Ken Carraher said the iGrafx 2011 continues the evolution of their process excellence vision by broadening the iGrafx value proposition to more constituencies in their customers’ organisations.
