RMRx includes features such as; the ability to track and trend incidents, monitor safety training, create customizable safety training policies and procedures, track certificates of insurance, access on-line safety articles, programs and bulletins.

ICW’s work comp customers are issued their own unique username and password to access the RMRx on-line service. Once registered, risk managers can immediately begin taking advantage of the many on-line safety resources. The RMRx offering also provides just-in-time training for new-users, including on-line training videos, safety webinars and bi-weekly e-mails highlighting safety training topics, said ICW.

David Hoppen, COO of ICW Group Insurance Companies, said: We are very excited to offer this web-based risk management service to both our small and large workers’ comp customers. We welcome the opportunity to help our customers build a true culture of safety at their organization, and are proud to offer RMRx as a free service. With RMRx, companies can significantly save both time and money managing their work place risks. ICW has recently entered the Small Workers’ Comp market and we believe this comprehensive Risk Management tool will be appealing to this market sector.
