Leading UK IT services company ICL Plc has opened its third Oracle development center in the Ireland. The new center, in Dundalk, will develop and implement web-based solutions based on Oracle technology, helping London-based ICL meet worldwide demand for its Oracle services. Oracle now has over 600 Oracle specialists in Europe. The new center, supported by the Irish IDA (Industrial Development Authority), will generate 160 new jobs over the next five years. With 25 staff already in place, ICL now has over 1000 employees based in Ireland. The Dundalk outpost joins ICL’s existing Oracle centers in Belfast and Dublin. ICL is now the largest developer of Oracle based solutions in Ireland.
