IBM’S ELECTION DAY OFFERING

The company’s network eventually did recover on Tuesday, and herewith is the highlight of the company’s Election Day offering: IBM is announcing a revision to the Agreement for Receipt of IBM Confidential Information and the Amendment for Receipt of Customer Confidential Information, announced on June 30, 1987, in Marketing Announcement 387-115; in support of IBM’s efforts to reduce business complexity, this revision has resulted in the creation of a separate Agreement for Receipt of Customer Confidential Information; the following contractual documents supersede the previous agreement and amendment and must be used for all new disclosures of confidential information: Agreement for Receipt of IBM Confidential Information (Z125-4166); Supplement to Agreement for Receipt of IBM Confidential Information (Z125-4167); Agreement for Receipt of Customer Confidential Information (Z125-4168); Supplement to Agreement for Receipt of Customer Confidential Information (Z125-4169); OVERVIEW The summary above is the entire text of this announcement.
