So much for IBM’s supposed commit-ment to the Open Systems Interconnection model; while Honeywell Bull claims that it will deliver FTAM File Transfer, Access and Manage-ment for the DPS 6 mini line early next year, IBM is forced to concede that it won’t be ready with its parallel offering until 1990.
