IBM WANTS TO RETAKE CONTROL OF SOUTH AFRICAN SPIN-OUT

Having cravenly bowed to politically correct opinion that said the right way to end apartheid was to wreck the economy and make the black majority suffer disproportiately and pulled out of the South African market, IBM now wants to get back in again and proposes to acquire an effective controlling interest in its successor company there, Information Serices Group Ltd. IBM bought 24% last December and it now wants immediate control.
