IBM UK BUYS K3 GROUP FROM NATWEST BANK

Clearing out its software and computer services closet, National Westminster Bank Plc has now sold the K3 Group Ltd subsidiary of its Management Computing Services Ltd – formerly Centre-file Ltd – to IBM UK Ltd for ú7m. K3 Group is a supplier of software and support services, mainly to the insurance and building society markets. It employs 150 people at its Worcester head office and offices in London and in Machester.
