IBM TO ANNOUNCE NEW DISK DRIVE FAMILY

On rather firmer ground, the first of IBM’s two new disk drive families, the superfast staging drive with the 10 platter, not the slower ones based on the cluster of 5.25 drives, is tipped to make its debut during the week of March 20.
