Yet another of IBM Corp’s software investments has unravelled, and the company’s IBM Svenska AB unit is selling its stake in Swedish software and services specialist Enator AB – a partner of Digital Equipment Corp in computer-integrated telephony to defence group Celsius Industrier AB. Celsius is buying 95,000 A shares and 1.7m B shares in Enator AB from IBM, and 1.4m A shares from Swedish trader Axel Johnson AB – IBM Svenska said it won’t exercise its right of first refusal on these shares. Celsius will end up with 35% of the Enator capital but 68% of the votes. No terms.
