IBM Corp has launched what it claims is the first desktop PC using 100% recycled plastic resin for all major plastic parts. The IntelliStation E Pro is one of several new Windows NT workstations and commercial PCs IBM launched last week that use Intel CorpÆs newly launched Pentium III chip, including the PC 300GL, PL and IntelliStation M Pro. The E Pro contains three and a hald pounds of plastics, which were converted from prime resin to 100% recycled plastic.
