IBM ORDER FOR 400 INMOS TRANSPUTERS

Inmos International Plc says that IBM’s order for Transputers was for only 400 of the things, and not the vastly inflated figure we passed on in CI No 1,056 – perhaps that’s the number IBM will want when it goes into full production of a machine.
