IBM LESS THAN THRILLED WITH TANDBERG TAPE DRIVES

Gossip on the New York IBM-watching circuit is that the company is less than thrilled with those quarter inch cartridge tape drives it is getting from Siemens’ Norwegian affiliate Tandberg Data A/S (CI No 930), although there is less certainty about the nature of the snag.
