IBM JOINS NETWORK COMPUTING FORUM

IBM has joined the Network Computing Forum set up by Apollo Computer to exchange ideas and agree on common technical approaches for multi-vendor networking: membership now includes 130 users, hardware and software vendors and academic centres, and the Network Computing Forum is also an affiliate of the Corporation for Open Systems.
