IBM JAPAN TO DEVELOP CHIPS FOR WORKSTATIONS AT NEW LAB

IBM Japan will open the Yasu Technology Application Laboratory on May 1, saying that the lab, its third Japanese development centre, will specialise in the development of integrated circuits and packaging technologies for use in small and mid-range processors and workstations, and for related products.
